  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel that the programme has a good structure with the rotations and learning, however, it can be a bit last minute at times. I guess it helps you adapt and learn to be flexible, but I like to roughly know a schedule for a few months to plan ahead

  • 9a. Would you recommend Computacenter to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It has a hard but rewarding programme to get the best out of you. You get all the tools, support and training you need but it is up to you to put the effort in and drive conversations and engagement. I like how welcoming everyone is and the programme is highly regarded internally

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Computacenter?
  • Use the STAR (situation, task, action, result) for the assessments. Make sure to highlight why sales is for you, even if you do not have the sales experience in your repertoire. It is important to be your authentic genuine self and be motivated to succeed and build relationships with others
