My role is a Client Service Executive and I work with clients to arrange their insurance

This is my first full time job so I have learnt lots of new skills including personal skills.

My job role is well structured, the apprenticeship side of the role has been less structured to begin with but now is

I receive a lot of support from my employer

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I attend learning sessions with the Growth Company in groups which have been the most useful and then I have had my 1-2-1 reviews with my tutor from the Growth Company which have been less useful

I do feel that it has helped me perform in my role better

During the summer there was a few events to get involved in which was nice
