    • Majority of the time I am making progress through my apprenticeship. This includes using learning resources and shadowing my colleagues. I am also going through work tickets and advancing with my projects needed for my apprenticeship.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • Since joining I have learnt an enormous amount of new skills these include: Cloud Computing Fundamentals SQL Python Types of Testing Software Development Fundamentals and many more.

    • I really enjoy my apprenticeship programme as I feel that I am learning something new everyday.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • In my experience the apprenticeship programme has been stress free as I have kept on top of all my deadlines and have ensured that I take my learning seriously.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I know that I can contact Fire Brand at any time to talk about any issue i am having. They offer a lot of support throughout the apprenticeship programme.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I get to go down to Fire Brand's HQ and have instructor led course before sitting any exams for qualifications. This gives enough support for any queries i may have.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • The apprenticeship programme allows me to gain more knowledge in the industry I work in, though it's not toned to my day to day job it still allows me to better understand practices and methodologies within my organisation.

    • They are plenty opportunities at Lloyds Banking Group.

    • Lloyds has a brilliant working environment, gives you plenty opportunities to learn and improve your tech skills

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?

    • I would encourage people to be themselves and not to worry about not knowing anything within the tech industry.
