Majority of the time I am making progress through my apprenticeship. This includes using learning resources and shadowing my colleagues. I am also going through work tickets and advancing with my projects needed for my apprenticeship.
Since joining I have learnt an enormous amount of new skills these include: Cloud Computing Fundamentals SQL Python Types of Testing Software Development Fundamentals and many more.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship programme as I feel that I am learning something new everyday.
In my experience the apprenticeship programme has been stress free as I have kept on top of all my deadlines and have ensured that I take my learning seriously.
I know that I can contact Fire Brand at any time to talk about any issue i am having. They offer a lot of support throughout the apprenticeship programme.
I get to go down to Fire Brand's HQ and have instructor led course before sitting any exams for qualifications. This gives enough support for any queries i may have.
The apprenticeship programme allows me to gain more knowledge in the industry I work in, though it's not toned to my day to day job it still allows me to better understand practices and methodologies within my organisation.
They are plenty opportunities at Lloyds Banking Group.
Yes
Lloyds has a brilliant working environment, gives you plenty opportunities to learn and improve your tech skills
I would encourage people to be themselves and not to worry about not knowing anything within the tech industry.
