On a day to day basis I am on the phone or in meetings with clients, conducting research, working on proposals or other documents, and managing administrative tasks as needed
As an apprentice account manager at Softcat, I am developing sales skills to identify opportunities and build relationships with clients. Effective communication, customer service, technical knowledge, and organizational skills are also important. I strive to provide excellent service and manage multiple projects and clients efficiently.
As an apprentice account manager, I find enjoyment in developing skills, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth. Being part of a team is rewarding, and job satisfaction is important. My enjoyment is influenced by personal interests and work environment. I am motivated to make a positive impact.
The structure is a bit all over the place.
As an apprentice account manager at Softcat, I receive a lot of support in my role. I have a mentor who provides guidance and feedback, and I have access to training and development opportunities. Regular check-ins help me assess my progress, and I benefit from a supportive work environment that prioritizes my learning and growth.
