i lead the collateral review to ensure all documents and forms are factually correctand engage with numerous stakeholders to help.
I have both learnt new skills and developed existing skills. I've been given opportunities to help with this and am able to receive beneficial feedback.
Throughout my programme i have been able to involve and use hands on learning on my daily tasks which has allowed me to provide insightful evidence.
it was very well structured as the learning hub listed all learnings I needed to complete with the due date. The monthly reviews with the provider was also very benefical as I was able to talk about any issues with task sheets or regarding further earning opportunities.
I received good support on finding opportunities for myself to learning new skills.
i received a lot of support from the training provider espically towards my final assessment. They were able to provide a lot of practice material.
i feel that it helped me identify skills that I need to develop.
