I welcome guests into the restaurant and offer to assist if needed. I chat with customers, getting to know the regulars and what they like to order. I help clear away after their meals and keep the dining area clean and tidy. Making tasty feel good moments easy for everyone.
I have learned a great deal about the hospitality industry and the wide range of food and beverages served. I didn't know much at all about food pairings so that was interesting to learn about.
Very well structured and easy to navigate through tasks
In the beginning, support from my employer was very minimal. After a few changes the support improved and I enjoy the course much more.
I was able to reach out and ask for support when needed and support was always there! Thank you!
