My role involves me talking to different underwriters and writing up mid term adjustments, I normally have at least one E-Learning call either to help towards my exams or to learn about new topics in the insurance industry
I have developed my organisational skills and learnt how to further progress my communication skills
I find my programme interesting and enjoyable as well as very supportive of my study to work ratio. the only downside I can think of is more about the training provider used.
my programme allows me to have time for my work as well as my studies, it is organised in a way that i have time to learn about my role as well as prepare for my exams.
my employer provides lots of support with training sessions and lessons to help with my transition from school to full time work
The Growth Company hasn't supported towards are qualifications, they haven't provided us with suitable learning materials or true preparation for the exam.
I do not feel that The Growth Company has helped me perform better in my role, they have not helped me with my qualification and have had to rely on independent study. However as a whole the qualification has allowed me to better understand the insurance industry
I have joined the netball team and the young professionals network this has allowed me to network and meet lots of interesting and inspiring people.
Yes
WTW is an excellent company, not only have they really supported me from the transition to work life but they have been very accommodating. Everyone I have worked with has been friendly and ready to help. Overall WTW is a sociable, welcoming, professional company that I would recommend.
Preparation is key, make sure you have a good understanding of WTW as well as your strengths. You can never over prepare for the interview, I would recommend practice questions and interviews.
