As much as I need with extra days for uni or extra training if needed.
Im allowed as much time as I need for training and revising for qualifications.
I feel my provider puts me in a great place especially with work experience, training and paid qualifications that I would struggle to do myself.
Yes there are socials often, office get togethers, and after work activities people do like rock climbing.

Its a great company with a great working environment and people and they offer everything you need.
