Customer Advisor. Help customers around store to purchase goods for DIY.
I have built a lot of confidence. Speaking with customers becomes easier and able to complete targets more comfortably.
Programme is easy to use and trainer/tutor extremely nice. Seem to actually care about me and helped me to achive higher grades in english and maths.
Very well organised, easy to use online systems and regular meetings with trainer.
I am giving time aside to complete my online work from my employer. Sometimes the manager with sit in on the meetings also.
