The role involves dealing with clients in order to make sure that financial statements are free from misstatement. The role involves a lot of teamwork in order to complete audit deadlines.
I have developed a lot with my professional socialism. Over time, I have learnt how to deal professionally with clients but also mannerism I should maintain in office. Excel skills also are highly developed on during this role.
I enjoy my programme quite a bit. There are a few days which do get dreadful especially during busy season however most of the times the work is not repetitive and manageable.
It is quite structured and organised.
Employer is very supportive and understanding to individual needs.
The training provider also offers services of support however I do feel as if it can be quite limited at times.
I have developed experience over time and gained knowledge to allow me to work much better. The exams on the side also help with audit work.
Plenty. There is something going on every week at this point.
Yes
Crowe is a firm that believes widely on ethics but also on morals. Staff are friendly and nice to work with. Very understanding firm.
The job includes a lot of socialising with the client and team. If this is not something that you are fond of, it is best to consider against it otherwise i'd say go for it. Also, there's a lot more maths than you would expect.
