I am based at college at the moment, learning all basic engineering techniques so that I am prepared to begin working at the Dockyard.

It honestly could be better organised as we tend to be given information very late in advance.
We are entirely based at a college at the moment so we haven’t had much influence from our employers.
We are given all the support possible.
I believe some things are not needed. However it does give us a good overview of what is expected of us.
Not that I know of. Other than a trip to a lodge at the end of the year.
