My role is a store assistant and that involves speaking with customer and handling stock
I have learned about British values and I have how to work more safely in the shop floor with plastic and cardboard
I do enjoy as has taught me slot of new skills and information that helps me in my job but some parts are quite hard
I think the programme is structured good and I think the new off the job training sheet is much more helpful
I have received good support from my employer willing to help at most opportunities he gets
My Training Provider has given me a lot of support during my course and also there if I need any help
I think it has help me have better understanding of some aspects of the job I.e environmental issues
We have some social events like going bowling or having a meal

Iceland is nice place place to work as the people are very friendly and caring and always willing to help you
The tips I would give them are to be inclusive and don’t take things to seriously and be effiecent with how you work
