  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my program, it gives me a challenge and drive to work harder and see where I can get myself, it’s hard at times for sure but knowing I can progress and progress and hopefully one day make it to management makes the whole journey worth while.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is pretty well organised. You have a structured set of tasks to complete every month, and off the job hours which you can complete whenever you want. It always tell you if an assignment is complete, needs additional information or requires evidence. And I would say it’s very organised

  • 9a. Would you recommend Iceland to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is a really good company, they learn from mistakes and always listen to our feedback, and they look after they’re staff, with discount, benefits and support systems outside of work to make you always feel safe and supported and happy in the workplace you are in. I would definitely recommend.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Iceland?
  • I would advise people applying to Iceland to just be themselves! And be honest, it’s always easy to come up with a solution when you know the problem and they’re the most welcoming company I have ever been with. They don’t discriminate or treat you any differently for who you are
