My role includes taking viewings and going on market appraisals. I am also office based, taking phone calls, matching properties to clients and speaking with vendors.
I have learnt lots of new skills both soft and hard, learning how to be an estate agent from the different acts we need to follow to how to associate with customers and take viewings and market appraisals.
I really enjoy my programme, it is good fun both in the office and out on appointments. The training days are also really good, meeting with other apprentices.
It is very organised, we have our modules we need to complete and these are structured throughout the year.
I receive as much support as I need as and when I need it.
The training provider is really supportive, always on hand for if and when we need.
It definitely helps a lot with the performance in my role as it teaches us all the theory based knowledge that we can put in place on the job.
Yes, there is lots to get involved in.
