Manage store standards, kpi's and people in order to produce a successful store.
Yes, I have developed my retail knowledge and developed my people management skills.
It was really beneficial for me but it was due to the guidance and contact I had with my lifetime team member who helped my progress and made it enjoyable.
If I didn't have the lifetime team member I had, I think I would have really struggled balancing life, running a store and doing my apprenticeship but she was always there and always supportive.
My employer was there if I needed them and I got to spend some time working on my assignments with my mentor.
I can't complain with how much support I had from my training provider, my lifetime team member was excellent.
It opens your eyes to stuff you never would have thought about before.
