My day-to-day tasks involve maintaining shop standard, Right at night (ready for next day trading), training staff and some time greeting visitors like area manger or regional.
Recently I have learn how to do wall to wall count (stock counts) and setting it up on SOI.
I really like the program as my lifetime coach is very supportive. I get the support I need from lifetime to carry on my apprenticeship.
Its well structured but can be improved.
Not much
I can always contact my coach regarding any queries and on regular bases we have have sessions on teams.
Not much as I was aware of most of the things we do within store.
More training internally like stock loss workshop.
