Lots of different things, from managing staff, running a shop floor and a section. Making sure the shop floor standards are as good as they can be, all procedures are followed and all staff are busy at all times.
Yes definitely I’ve learnt so much. I’ve learnt how to manage at team, how to speak to people and how to run a shop. I’ve learnt off so many different people so many skills that I can use in my life not just work.
I’ve learnt a lot, Fiona has been great and brilliant with me and kept me going through it all.
Very well. The learning can sometimes be a bit heavy but in all it’s very well organised and structured.
Yes lots. My manager and other senior members of staff are helping me and guiding me and giving me advice on a daily basis to help me get through this.
Lord and lots. My trainer is always helping me and checking up on me. They have helped me a lot and got me through the majority of the course.
I really do think that this qualification will help me a lot. Not only is it a great qualification to have but also I’ve learnt so much that can help me in my job going forward.
Yes sometimes. We sometimes have staff nights out and annual Christmas parties. However I wish we had more things to get involved if outside of work.
Yes
It’s a good company to work for that is nice and relaxed. The work environment is good and friendly and the benefits are good as well!
Be confident, want to learn and progress in the job, and also work hard!
