Managing a team to ensure all needs of the business are completed and customers gain the best experience
I have become more confident within my role since starting
I enjoy getting my teeth sunk into something however it's a year course but I've completed majority of work
Very well, constant contact with my coach and its easy to use
Little however my line manager does answer any questions I have
A lot, any questions are answered instantly and she always keeps on top of marking my work
A lot of it is on a broader spectrum where most of it would be more relevant to head office so I have to relate the learning to what I do
Yes managers meetings, charity events, investigations where I have to travel to different stores
Yes
Friendly and family environment, room for development and they invest in your future
Understand all stores are different and it's hard craft
