Working in the close of mortgage sector, dealing with legalities in secured lending. In office job, includes one study day from home.
I have learnt lots of new skills at university, and on the job.
It could be ran better, and a rotational scheme would be more beneficial for the company
Had lots of new bosses/careers coaches/talent coaches. Not consistent, faced difficulties with my contract.
The business gives us 1 day off a week, but nearer to deadline I feel like little support has been provided in my department.
Depends on the lecturer, some are excellent and reply on weekend, others can take up to a week or ignore!
