  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learned a number of skills during my apprenticeship so far. Working full time and studying at the same time has improved my organisational skills. During my day to day role I have improved my ability to work under pressure and deal with responsibility. Working in a team has improved my interpersonal skills as well as delegation of work. My analytical and problems solving skills are put tto the test everday and have significantly improved.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Although the apprenticeship is challenging I enjoy it very much, the correlation between what I learn in my university work and what is done day to day within the business. This alone gives great satisfaction alone is great as you feel that your degree is worth while. When I went to uni before it was less rewarding as I never felt I was gaining work relevant experience.
