yes i have learned more technical skills on how to repair laptops and mobile and have a better understanding of what goes on inside a laptop and phone
i enjoy all parts of the programme from interacting with users and interacting with the engineers and learning something new about IT
the programme seems quite organised with meetings with my tutor every month and the work she gives is relevant to the course
i receive a good amount of support from my employer from being able to things independently and being able to have help when needed
i get the right amount of support because if i need any help i am able to message and call.
the qualification is helping my role by allowing me to interact with users in the most effective way
there has been events to gather the other apprentices to meet up and there is also a website that i can do learning independently
