PMO portfolio analyst involves dealing with stakeholders and handling programme level risks governance and finance ensuring all projects are on track to finish for the T0 end date in accordance to the plan. Reporting back to senior management on the programme's progress and what key issues need addressing/resolving.
Governance, data management, stakeholder management, risk management and business analysis.
I do enjoy it although I would like to delve into more technical side which isn't the focus in programme management.
Very well structured for apprentices
Good amount of support available from the apprentice HR team and early careers academy.

Equips me with the skills to properly manage programmes and different stakeholders and the skills to communicate effectively in both written and verbally.
