I have enjoyed the programme as it has given me exposure to technology and providede a support mechanism forthe learning. the programme has had different methods of learning, e.g. webinars, workshops which has kept it interesting.
the programme is very structured. the learning privider has monthly sessions to which ther is follow up wiork. oiur business also provides structure from an internal point of view.
we receive 20% allocated time to complete the apprenticeship work. we also receive regular 121 support and group support from our employer.
the training provider has monthly mentoring sessions both group and indiviually. the training provider also provides a slot for us to check in on a weekly basis. our training provider has an open door policy where we can contact regarding any issues or support wre need.
the qualification learning is good as it teaches you thematic knowledge that can be applied. I have to date been able to apply at least 2/3s of what i have learnt which is above my expectations.
