I am a PM in training, owning individual features as part of a wider project, tracking delivery, stakeholder management, managing finance, making decisions
completely new to me coming from a retail background. learning business analyst processes such as creating process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, stakeholder management, agile working, change management
im really enjoying the ability to future proof my career, stay in a company that i love and develop new skills
very well structured, we have monthly delivery sessions with multiverse, self driven learning, and 121s with a quality coach with access to a community to connect with other apprentices across the globe
so much support given by employer, weekly catch ups, they never miss there sessions with the multiverse coach, they are often assessing what support i need and if i have enough time dedicated to both sides
so much support from training provider, i have only really interacted with my coach but she provides all the support i need and offers constructive feedback, advice and is completely on the ball
its helping me pick up my day to day role a lot quicker than if i was starting fresh
the wider team organise social events to bring people together and encourage networking- wellbeing is also very important
