  • It's very hands-on and engaging work

  • Quite well structured, however, I switched training platforms halfway through which was slightly confusing.

  • Good support and guidance were given to me. I wish more off-the-job opportunities were provided, however.

  • Good opportunities to grow, however, the hospitality sector can be very challenging and hands-on which may not suit everyone.
