This job has provided me with a fantastic opportunity to grow. I was promoted before my level 3 was finished, which has provided me with the first step to really growing in the company!
Yes, I have learnt a lot about working with people and have a lot more to learn.
It's very hands-on and engaging work
Quite well structured, however, I switched training platforms halfway through which was slightly confusing.
Good support and guidance were given to me. I wish more off-the-job opportunities were provided, however.
