It's going really well
It seems to be pretty structured with bits you have to complete each month and date by. So yes very helpful
I receive alot of support and get help when I need
I get lots of help always gets back to me if I have a problem. Do face to face meetings. Help me alot
Alot. I feel more confident in my roll and to help others more. Its efficient to then being able to help managers and duty managers support them.
There arnt many. Once a year we have a conference. I will try to do a get together at mine or a night out but that's it
