The programme is very structured and allows flexibility when completing it as well

I receive a lot of support from my employer and am very appreciated for everything we do

I receive a lot of support from my training provider and they are very understanding

My qualification via my training provider definitely helps my to perform my job role to a much better degree

there are lots of professional networking events, that do go on after work however I do not choose to get involved

best career decision I have ever made, came to Barclays at 17 and they have provided me with the skills and tools to carry out my job role to the highest pedigree

think about what you want to do career wise, be confident in yourself that you can do it and you will do it,
