Manage employees and shift managers. Check shift preparation, food safety, sales projections etc. Complete tasks on both shopfloor and in the office.
I have learnt several new skills such as communication, following up, time management.
I enjoy the programme and have plenty of support.
The programme overall is structured well, however some of the lecturers deliver the sessions a lot better than others.
I get plenty of support from my employer, regular check-ins, support from my mentor.
Some of the lecturers are more supportive than others.
I believe that it does to some extent but not hugely
