More insight and knowledge on safeguarding
Coursework was manageable and my tutor supported and motivated me well - and gave me confidence after my observations. - however was unable to get time in working hours to do course work
Good routine and structure - my tutor reminded me with checklist and notifications - as work life was very busy
Support with observations - with positive and detailed feedback which gave me confidence in my role. I did struggle to find time within working hours to do coursework
A lot of support and encourage to get a distinction - helped me by practicing final observation.
More knowledge of safeguarding but would have liked more training on behaviour management and stratagies as I work more pastoral and behaviour.
Holiday club during term time - activity weeks and weekly trips and activities
