Team Manager - collaborating with my team, supporting and leading my team efffectively
yes, whilst in the apprenticeship i was successful in getting TL role, and have skills i will use forever in role
i did enjoy it, i found the indepentant learning more beneficial than the group sessions
It was well structured and always clear guidance from my tutor so i know what to expect and when. Only thing not organised has been receiving my award at the end
100% support - guidance was always avaliable when i needed it
100% my from tutor, Aaron was great at being avaliable when i was stuck and helped me understand the process. Nothing was too much for him and he supported me massively
Kind of - a lot of skills i have learnt on the job but there is method of management i learnt that i will continue to use
