My apprenticeship with capella involves us choosing a problem within our team at work that doesn't work very well. We then have to use the six sigma process to work out how we are going to improve the issue going through different stages, define, measure and control and improve.
How to use different systems. Getting used to hyrbid working and learning from home.
I enjoy meeting new people.
Barclays is not so organised. Capella is good at insuring time logs are updated and everyone is happy.
If you reach out you will get support.
Training providers are great and are always available to contact.
Capella six sigma doesn't really link to banking.
Yes
Barclays benefits are good such as private medical, pension, life insurance.
