My role is Team Leader and this role involves a lot of things like manager the team, lead them organize them in a daily basics and motivate them to work.
Yes, I developed a lot of new skills, like, working on tills, resolve problems that the customers have, cashing up, work in the system on computer, check reports, deal with the delivery, complaints, date check of the products, Olio and how to be a good manager.
I love this programme. I am learning a lot of new things about business, Leadership, managing and many more.
My programme is structured by months and is great.
A lot of support. Almost every day I am asking him something new and we discuss a lot.
My training provider is helping me a lot. If there are things that I don't understand, I know that my trainer will gone explain me.
