  • I work within an HR department that has various different departments. I work within the operational performance team and spend my time writing help articles & helping other people with access and improvements.

  • Yes, loads. I have learnt how to use new technology as well as building communication skills, project management skills. I have built on proplem solving and technical abilities aswell.

  • I have a really good variation of work and feel i have been placed into a great team.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • This could be slightly improved. While babington do have it set out well in how you move through thw course it would have been to have had management have this at the start so our i ternal journey could have been planed.

  • My employer supports me really well. My manager is great but so is my wider team and the apprenticeship management.

  • My skills coach is great, very supportive and gives alot of feedback

  • I think it will help more the further i move along it will line up more atm they are abit more generic but i can see how they connect

  • Make sure you talk about the different things you actually like about work not just what you think they want to hear. There is so many different places for people to fit in
