Serve Tradepoint customers at the till, replen and rotate stock in Tradepoint to ensure stock availability, ensure the trading space is tidy and safe at all times, try to recruit new trade members, place online orders for Trade customers.
The programme teaches you a lot more than what you see both in and out the workplace. There's plenty of support from my work coach who is very quick at responding to any queries and is really good at explaining things.
It is very well structured and organised in terms of the deadlines for completing tasks, meetings and 1-2-1s etc.
I get plenty of support from my employer when I need it.
Again, I have receive a ton of support from my training provider when it's needed.
Most of the time I feel it does help me do better in my role but there are times I sometimes think how else it can benefit me. This is in no way a reflection of the training provider or the programme as it is purely my own opinion.
Not as of yet but I'm always keeping my ears open for any opportunities.
Yes
Because it's a great place to work, great colleagues and plenty of learning to be had.
Just go for it! It's a great place to work and plenty of opportunities for development and progression and, personally, plenty of banter with colleagues to make your day better. :)
