I am really enjoying the course , I have been in retail over 40 years and have learnt things new, my role as a duty manager I’m work the toll when required I run the store on Sundays I open the shop ensure all stock is worked and all procedures followed and cash tills up and close the shop
Yea I have leant a lot of new skills merchandising , my customer service has gone up a level, I have gained so much more experience in retail and gained more management experience and am looking forward to gaining much more experience in different sectors of retail , this has really opened my eye
I am enjoying learning so much more about retail , and my working day has changed quite a bit as I am now more confident when i am left in charge of the store , and I feel there is still so much more to learn with in the the retail sector
I feel that it is really organised and that it is covering all topics that us with in retail sector and I have gained so much more knowledge, and I am looking forward to the rest of the course and I feel that this is well organised and I’m glad to have had the opportunity to complete this
My employer is amazing and is very supportive of me doing the course covering my shifts short notice to fit in my schedule with my tutor , and is on hand to answer any questions that I may have to help with my course and is very supportive with every thing
I receive tremendous support from my training provider and she is always on hand to answer any questions always checking to see if I need any help with anything and if there is anything she can do always sending me info and taking to make sure I have everything I need
I feel that since doing the course I can do my job better than I could before as I have. Learnt new skills and I am challenging my self to push my self to get to the next chapter with in my career and hope to become a supervisor with in the next few months
We have a lot of social team events that we do sports days, nights out, and other activities with our company we do charity events to raise money and have tombolas etc and we also have had football matches between the staff and is so much fun we have food agter as well

The company is great to work for and would recommend it to anyone , we have a great team and we all get on so well , and really enjoy going to work, and swing the team , we all have fun at work as well as getting everything done as a team ,
When applying make sure that you put so much detail in your application and that you add all experience and achievements so that they can see the potential that you have to work for our company as sometimes applications don’t reach us as we don’t recieve all applications
