    8/10

    9/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy it. I’d like some more social interaction with other people my age but I think my employer does all it can to make the experience as positive as possible

    7/10

    9/10

  • A lot. With exams and work itself, all my managers and team members have been stellar

    9/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Kaplan are good for tuition but the bureaucracy of the qualification and the study counsellor have been frustrating

    6/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Mostly yes, it seems like some financial info is only necessary for the exams not in real life because excel simplifies things

    7/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I get involved in some such as the staff football team and some networking events, they are always very enjoyable

    8/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend British Gas to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a very healthy and understanding work environment which also allows you to develop quickly and effectively as a worker

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Gas?
  • Understand the culture and work environment before applying. It is not like the big 4, it is a more family friendly, soft environment which works for me and many others but may not work for everyone else
