So my role is to lead people and give them directions of what to do and how to do it and also showing that I can also do the stuff I’m asking them todo
I’m starting understand more depth of how customers see us as a brand ( iceland ) and how we can make sure they are having a good shop by making sure everything gap is filled
It’s very good and there’s a lot to learn
I think is good with the right amount of videos / information to the questions
I know that if I have any questions there is always someone to ask within Iceland
I know that if I need help with anything i can always message and she will help as best as she can
Once gotten it will help me understand and help with ways to work with the retail business
