Hotel receptionist, I check customers into the hotel, answer any questions they have and book tables for them at the beefeater restaurant next door. I also check safety items such as ensuring fire escapes are closed and doors are clear from obstructions.
Learnt more about the company and more about how I can progress and assist the deputy hotel manager with day to day tasks.
I am enjoying it but do find some bits confusing with the way they word them
Very good, all the modules all follow on from each other well.
