I stack shelves and help customers, I have no responsibilities or projects and I interact with other staff and customers.
I have learnt skills that are more in depth in running a business and I have developed my customer service skills.
I enjoyed doing the apprenticeship very much
It was very well organised
I was allowed enough time each week away from my department to be able to do what I needed to do on the apprenticeship.
I had regular check ins with my training provider to ensure I had all the help I needed.
the qualification does not affect my role in my current job but it will help me get a new job where the qualification is respected and will help further my career.

I believe B&Q are a great company but are let down by a few of there store management stuff and for that reason I would not recommend them
If you are looking for a career try and find a store with a great senior leadership team that will work with you to achieve that and not hinder you and hold you back.
