  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

  • It’s really well structured - there are no traditional exams as this doesn’t reflect the work environment we are in.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I learn so much, but it’s definitely my confidence that allows me to be better in my role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • My university do not offer much in the way of these opportunities, I feel we would benefit more from this. My workplace is only small so events are resigned to designated staff (though this does not affect me or my happiness).

  • 9a. Would you recommend Aqueous Digital to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • A lovely company who are always looking at encouraging my growth.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aqueous Digital?
  • Do it! Honestly doing an apprenticeship can be really stressful without the right support and I’m so pleased to have found a workplace where I feel completely supported in everything that I do.
