hi have just changed to new department within my store so still trying to find me feet and get thought all the training for now
got a hole lost of new developing skills coming my way over the next few weeks
i found the programme very helpful made you think about thing that i hadn't thought about since starting with the company
the programme is very well organised and structured really enjoyed it
my employer was very good giving me the time to get stuff done while at work
i was giving a lost of support when working towards my qualification for work collages and all me family friends and partner
i am very proud of myself i am now doing things that i would try and stay away from it has giving me more confidence as well

the job is not a hard job to do and being one off the small store in the company we are all like a little family
