I work within the L&D team to create digital learning solutions for training needs.
I have learnt many new skills including UX Design and Graphic Design Fundamentals. I can really utilise these skills within my work to create a pleasant learner experience.
I really enjoy the programme. I love having the opportunity to come on campus and complete face to face learning.
I understand why assignments should overlap to get you thinking of how each skill combined creates successful digital design however, when you are working full time and assignments are due a week away from each other this is difficult to manage. A lot of time I have to then spend my weekend and evenings working late to get up to scratch which can be demotivating.
A lot! The tutors are great with getting back in touch with feedback in a timely and in-depth manner.
Great support and amazing L&D function to also support with development needs

The apprenticeship programme has been a great way to develop my creative skills and with having the support from both a great training provider and company I have been able to excel in both my academic and personal skills.
Be yourself and explain how you are eager to develop not only yourself but the business you are working for.
