I have built upon my professional acumen and accounting knowledge.
It is hard work, with some very long hours during busy periods. However it feels very rewarding when these busy periods are over.
The talent engagement team has improved their organisation in 2022/2023, so it feels much more structured.
You have career coaches and buddies, as well as the talent engagement team monitoring you.
Lectures specific to the qualification material.
There are activities that are not too well advertised. Plus, as the placement is during busy season there is little time to get involved in these activities.
