As a duty manager, my role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel. My duties will include: managing and supervising the team, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively, training new staff, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise; customer service,I am responsible for ensuring that customers receive excellent service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any complaints or issues that arise and health and safety.
Yes, I developed my leadership, and financial management skills. Also I learnt how to provide excellent customer service as is crucial to the succes of any business.
I really enjoy the programme as is a good opportunity for me to gain practical skills and experience at my work place. I am learning by doing my job and this is a big advantage. Also, during this programme I gain lots of confidence and information.
My programme is very well organised, as small disadvantage is that sometimes I am struggled to find the balance between work and this programe as I am working full time.
My line manager is helping me a lot, they understand me and support me in this process.
I can say a lot, as they booked for me classes to understand the topics and to help me on my qualification.
This qualification is helping me with personal development. It is helping me to build self-confidence, improve my comunication and teamwork skills, and to become more adaptable to changing circumstances.
I can say that I took part of an anual Whitbread party, that was my chance to meet new people, to learn more about the company I am working for.
Yes
Because it is a good company
I do not have any, just to do it.
