I set up repayment plans for customers who are in financial difficulty and can't afford their overdrafts or loans.
I have developed lots of skills such as communication, networking and problem solving, etc.
I enjoy the programme, but it can be stressful sometimes.
The programme is very well structured.
I receive lots of support from my employer, but booking out time for meetings can be difficult sometimes.
The training providers are really supportive.
I can analyse tasks in my role to acknowledge where there is an improvement opportunity.
There is time allocated for volunteering and life skills, and lots of activities sent via emails.
