Managing small scale development projects
Via my apprenticeship I am learning new skills and tools to effectively manage a project from beginning to end.
I enjoy my learning a lot as I get to expand my knowledge and learn skills that I can apply to my role to make me a better employee.
The program itself is well structured with regular workshops and takeaway assignments to test and practice my knowledge
I receive all the support I require.
Initially there were some issues but through open and honest communication these have now been resolved and I receive all the required support to ensure I am on track.
I believe my qualification helps me tremendously in performing better at my role. It not gives me the tools and skills necessary to continue to grow in my role.
Yes, plenty of opportunities. I am also actively involved in hosting and organising such activities for my department.
