Risk Management within the Procurement Team

The Apprenticeship was for Operational Management and learnt new skills around project management & leadership skills & styles

It really stretched my knowledge and skills and was able to touch on areas I wouldn't have necessarily covered in my day to day job

I have an excellent tutor who was always available for support and advice, she was well organised and really helped me through the programme

100% support from RSA, they always accommodated the time that was needed

100% support and always on hand for advice and guidance when needed

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gave me more structure and stability and helped with the skills and knowledge I needed for leadership and operational skills

There is always events and support groups available within RSA

I have worked for RSA for 30 years, they lead by example and really care about well being and being part of the business not just a number

Most definitely apply, there is lots of opportunity to learn and grow and most importantly to further your career with various different routes to develop knowledge and skills
