In addition, I am enrolled in a level 8 course on financial data analytics sponsored by Fidelity so that I can expand my skill set and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. Learning this new skill has allowed me to analyse complex financial data more efficiently and accurately, which has been invaluable in my professional to date.

Throughout my Apprenticeship, I have been fortunate enough to have access to ongoing support, with the HR team regularly organising interactive training sessions that have been incredibly beneficial in helping me grow and develop my skills. At Fidelity, there is no such thing as a silly question, which has helped me feel more confident in my work and has allowed me to learn and grow at a much faster rate than I would have ever thought possible.
As a participant in the Apprenticeship program, I have the opportunity to enhance my education and skillset by attending the National College of Ireland once a week.
