    • The programme is very well structured. Multiverse has great software to keep the apprenticeship on track.

    • Lots of support is received from my employer, including extra time when required to spend on apprenticeship requirements/projects.

    • Multiverse and my coach have been excellent with providing support, including regular 1 to 1s

    • The qualification and learning required to achieve the award will help my performance within the role. Building on my knowledge.
