Yes, I am learning lots about the technology industry and the impact that digital trends are having in the banking sector.
I have only just started so lots to come but so far really enjoying learning again. I feel like I am learning something completely new and different which is invigorating.
Very well organised and structured with a delivery plan shared at the start for the next 15 months including calendar invites etc

I am still very new as only started in Feb but this is really helping me understand the background to my role and why the bank is recruiting for tech roles.

Just do it. Once you are in the world is your oyster, the company is that big you can move roles internally when you get itchy feet and they look after you. I have no reason to leave and its been 15 years
